- What if I get Audio or Video Issue on MySatGO?
Restart the MySatGo app to refresh it
- Close the MySatGo app on your compatible device
- Navigate to the apps menu and reopen the MySatGo app
Log out of MySatGo and log back in
- Select Account
- Select Logout from Top Right
- When logout is completed, select Log In
- Type in your login details and select LOG IN
Reboot your modem and device to refresh the internet connection
- Remove the power cable from the back of the modem, wait 5 seconds and reinsert the power cable
- Press the Power button on your device or on the remote control to turn the device off
- After 5 Seconds turn your device back on using the same power button and recheck the app
