What if I get audio or video issue on MysatGo?
Restart the MysatGo app to refresh it
- Close the MysatGo app on your device
Navigate to the apps menu and reopen the MySatGo app - Log out of MySatGo and log back in
Select Account
- Select Logout
- Log back in, using your credentials
Reboot your modem and device to refresh the internet connection
- Remove the power cable from the back of the modem, wait 5 seconds and reinsert the power cable
- Press the Power button on your device or on the remote control to turn the device off
- After 5 Seconds turn your device back on using the same power button and recheck the app
Finally, you can test your internet speed by using available online services like: http://www.speedtest.net/
